If we agree that plants are damaged, diseased or not as described, we will refund your return postage
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit, tracked or untracked, outside the EU. We always try to obtain compensation from the postal services, but this is not guaranteed and due to their policies, will never cover the full amount of the loss.
Please note that we usually post on one day each week, usually Tuesday. This means that if you place an order on a Wednesday, it may not be posted for six days.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from Europe, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency.
If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your payment by post.
If you wish to send a cash payment with your order, please send in a registered package! We accept cash in £ GBP, € Euro and $ US.
You can send a cheque, but it must be in £ GBP.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when our online payment merchant sends you an invoice.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, as cacti are perishable items, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been dispatched.
