Agave gentryi "Jaws" originates from N.E. Mexico where it grows high in the mountains (to 2700m) , in cold, wet pine forests, so it is well suited to our UK climate.

Grows to about 4 feet across and tall, so allow room when planting.

Agave guiengola is a fairly fast growing agave with few soft succulent leaves. It’s uniquely shaped, silvery-bluish leaves makes it a very unique statement in the landscape and it is considered by some collectors to be the most spectacular large agave because of its sculptural form.

Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. More tolerant of cold and wet than most agaves.
